We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders require verification via phone call before dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped only after successful verification (for COD orders).

If verification is unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE Shipping on orders above ₹1999.

  • Orders below ₹1999 may include applicable shipping charges (displayed at checkout).

There are no hidden shipping fees.

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.

SnapBasket24 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

8. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or returned.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
