At Snapbasket24, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

You received a wrong product, or
The product is damaged upon delivery

Important:

An unboxing video is compulsory for all return and exchange requests.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue visible.

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Personal care items
Perishable goods

These items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

Wrong product received
Damaged product received

Conditions:

Unboxing video is mandatory
Product must be unused and in original packaging

We do not offer exchanges for size change, preference change, or accidental orders.

4. Return Shipping Charges

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 will be paid by the customer.
There are no restocking fees.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed as follows:

Online Payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
→ Refunded to the original payment source
Cash on Delivery (COD)
→ Refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)
